The Miniature Museum of Greater St. Louis exhibited eight 3/4"=1' roomboxes created by Ann Kimball Pipe in the 1970s.  She was a well-known St. Louis miniaturist and the author of Reproducing Furniture in Miniature and Mastercrafting Miniature Rooms and Furniture
 
Her roomboxes showcase her many designing and construction techniques outlined in her book and are filled with her many and unusual pieces of furniture and accessories.
