The show chairman has the right to limit the number of dealers in different
categories. Pre-assigned tables not guaranteed. Special requests
will be considered. All tables are in the main ballroom. (No smoking
in showroom.

I WILL REQUIRE ___8' X 30" TABLES(S) @ $150 PER TABLE
A CHECK IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF $_______IS ENCLOSED WITH THIS CONTRACT.
CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE MINIATURE MUSEUM OF GREATER ST. LOUIS
AND RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
No refunds within 30 days prior to the show. A $25.00 service charge
will apply to checks returned for insufficient funds.
Do you need promotional flyers to distribute? Is YES, how
many?____ Maximum 100. They may be duplicated. When estimating the
amount you need, please keep in mind that the flyers will be sent to you
approximately two months before the show.

If the item donated is unusual, we reserve the right to hold it as a museum
