MINIATURE MUSEUM OF GREATER ST. LOUIS GATEWAY MINIATURE FAIR EXHIBIT INFORMATION Please print or type I will set up the Exhibit on Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. and remove exhibit on Sunday, April 17, after 4:00 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center 16625 Swingley Ridge Road., St. Louis, MO 63017, (636) 532-5000. All scales from 1/144" to 1" houses, roomboxes, domes, breakaways, vignettes, shops, and any other imaginative ideas you have created will be welcome. Please make your exhibit as secure as possible, using a Plexiglas cover if necessary. The exhibit area will have locked security from setup to take down and volunteer monitors during viewing times. Power will be provided, but please bring your own extension cords and portable table lights, if needed and your own draping material. Your exhibit is not to be for sale, nor can an exhibit be shown as an example of an exhibitor's work, with the exhibitor standing nearby soliciting orders.
